An armchair or a chair? The boundaries simply blur with the Alvo armchair by Cor! The design chair is the perfect combination of both. That's what the design studio Jehs+Laub thought when they designed the armchair-shaped chair. It comes as no surprise when you see the Alvo that it is so soft and comfortable that you want to sit in it almost endlessly at the dining table.
Design by Jehs + Laub
The design comes from the two designers Jehs and Laub from the beautiful city of Stuttgart. The two young designers are not only committed to a timeless design characterised by minimalism, but also to suitability for everyday use. The Alvo armrest swivel chair is the best proof that excellent seating comfort can go hand in hand with a chic look.
Cor - design with a love of detail
Living as a matter of the heart - at Cor this is not only in the name, the Latin term for heart, but in every single piece of furniture. The company was founded in 1954 by Helmut Lübke and the Prince of Bentheim-Tecklenburg. The princely co-founder left the company in the 1980s and since then Cor has been run by the Lübke family. Furniture for eternity is at the heart of Cor and so the manufacturer not only offers newly manufactured products, but also the possibility of reupholstering or covering Cor furniture that has grown fond of but is getting on in years.
Material and format
The material varies according to individual choice in different fabric and leather variants. We will be happy to advise you on this. The seat cushions can be easily removed for cleaning. Depending on your choice, this model is available with a black or white wire frame and a black or white seat shell. Matching felt or plastic glides can also be selected.
The chair measures 66 cm in width, 63 cm in depth and 87 cm in height. The seat depth is 44 cm and the seat height is 47 cm. The armrests are 70 cm high.
