Thanks to the intuitive operation and simple handling, it is easy to make the necessary adjustments. The swivel chair adapts perfectly to your stature and sitting position and is also ideal for particularly small and tall users thanks to the particularly large adjustment ranges. With the patented Progressive Motion module, the ME swivel chair also automatically enables multi-dimensional movements and thus promotes maximum sitting comfort and well-being while working.

The ME office chair also has a lot to offer visually. The design concept combines a harmonious, modern look with clear contours and soft surfaces. This creates an attractive appearance that enhances any office environment.

Features

Back and seat

The optional 70 mm height-adjustable back frame is made of black or white through-dyed polyamide with a mesh back made of 80% recycled post-consumer polyester and 20% elastomer. If required you can configure a height-adjustable lumbar support for your chair (infinitely adjustable by up to 70 mm), which is either black or white to match the frame colour.

The seat shell is also made of black through-dyed polyamide. The seat upholstery is made of CFC-free foamed polyurethane, covered with fabrics from the Wilkhahn fabric collection (upholstery and covers are interchangeable). The seat depth can be optionally extended by 80 mm (380-460 mm) using the adjustment button. The seat height can be continuously adjusted between 400 mm and 530 mm at the touch of a button using a gas pressure spring in accordance with DIN 4550 and is optionally equipped with depth suspension. The models with a raised seating position (ESP) are infinitely height-adjustable between 430 mm and 610 mm, the counter chairs between 650 mm and 770 mm.

Both the backrest and seat can be locked in the horizontal 0 position, while the optional 5° seat tilt adjustment can be activated via a rotary lever.

Frame

The five-arm base is made of black through-dyed plastic, optionally in white or coated aluminium (in black or white textured matt) or die-cast aluminium coated, polished or bright chrome-plated. The frame is infinitely height-adjustable.

Castors

The ME swivel chair has load-dependent braked double swivel castors made of black polypropylene in accordance with DIN EN 12529 as the standard version for carpeted floors. These can optionally be configured with a grey polyurethane tread for hard floors. The castors are electrically conductive on request at . The mechanism housing is made of black powder-coated aluminium.

Armrests

As standard, the ME office swivel chair is equipped with 2D armrests made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide, dyed black or white, and with polypropylene arm pads. On request, the chair can be fitted with 4D armrests and arm pads made of black through-dyed polyurethane foam .

The height of the 2D armrests can be adjusted by 100 mm and the width by 35 mm each. The armrests of the 4D armrests can be adjusted by 50 mm in depth and can also be swivelled inwards by 15° or 30° and outwards by .

For even greater adjustment ranges, additional AX/NPR armrests are the right choice. These have a clear width of 410 mm to 510 mm, are adjustable in width by 30 and 25 mm and in height by 115 mm , adjustable in depth by 50 mm and can be swivelled through 360°.

Synchronised mechanism

You have the choice between a synchronised mechanism with automatic weight adjustment and a synchronised mechanism with manual weight adjustment. Both mechanisms are available with the patented Progressive Motion module , which enables multidimensional movements and thus promotes maximum sitting comfort and personal well-being.
