The AAC 153 balances its high functionality and modern expression of the five-legged castor base with the softness and warmth of the quilted shell. With its high backrest and generous seat, the design chair formally retains all the elements that so distinguish the AAC series.
Thanks to the diverse design possibilities, the AAC 153 is not only suitable for private use, but also for public spaces, e.g. as a visitor's chair in companies.
About A Chair Collection
Conscious and simple - the chairs from the About A Chair Collection by Hay follow a simple and plain line management, so that they can be combined with other furnishing objects without any complications. They complement different styles perfectly and can therefore also be used perfectly in the contract sector. Designer Hee Welling conceived the series with the aim of making the chairs usable in restaurants, canteens, in the office or at the dining table at home. Their simple exterior provides a special multifunctionality and combinability.
The collection includes AACs in different variations - wooden and metal frames and non-upholstered and upholstered seat shells. Each individual variant bears witness to a restrained elegance that discreetly enhances any room.
Hay - contemporary furniture from Denmark
Founded in 2002, the Danish manufacturer Hay pursues the goal of creating furniture that meets the needs of modern life and is accessible to the widest possible audience.

The design chair is available in different versions, which you can choose yourself. It measures 62 cm in width, 63 cm in depth and 83 cm in height. The swivel chair is height adjustable.
