Blossom splendour: Bouquet armchair by Moroso
The large bouquet of flowers that blossoms on the elegant chrome-plated metal stand is beautiful. The flowers are made of hand-folded fabric squares that are sewn on individually with great skill and care. The dimensions of reality and poetry seem to blur in this wonderfully cosy armchair - a unique design piece!
Design by Tokujin Yoshioka
Born in 1967, the award-winning Japanese designer studied with Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake and opened his own studio in Tokyo in 2000. Today, his work can be admired in permanent exhibitions in the world's most important museums, such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

Material and format
The swivel base of the Bouquet armchair is made of powder-coated steel, the foot glides are made of neoprene. The flowers are made of fire-retardant cold foam and sewn on by hand. The cover is removable.
The design armchair is 77 cm wide, 83 cm deep, 83 cm high and the seat height is 38 cm.
