The Chicago folding stool from Lectus, designed by Hans Ehrich - A&E Design AB, is similar in design and function to the Snupi children's stool and is characterised by a larger seat surface and seat height. The compact design and low weight of just 1.7 kg make the Chicago museum stool a mobile folding stool that can be used anywhere. The Chicago stool can support up to 110 kg.
This practical Lectus set is now available, consisting of 20 Chicago stools and the matching transport trolley. This means that your Chicago stools are always perfectly stowed away and easy to transport.
Material and format
The frames of the Chicago II stools and the transport trolley are made of powder-coated aluminium. The seats of the stools are made of high-quality, particularly robust mesh fabric and the seat height is a comfortable 43 cm. The stool is 59.5 cm high and 40 cm wide. When folded, the Chicago stool from Lectus measures just 4.2 cm.
