Strong piece: Knuck cutting block by Spessartbrett. The Knuck chopping board contains the hardest wood that the Spessart board collection has to offer: end grain wood. Grooves, which inevitably occur when cutting with a sharp knife, have no chance here.
Thanks to the chessboard look Knuck looks great.
Material and size
As already mentioned, Knuck is made of Spessartbrett from oak-end grain. The design measures 45 x 50 x 4.5 cm. As a heavyweight Knuck has stately 6.7 kilograms.
On the side are milled recessed handles. Knuck is delivered with four rubber rings. These are freely positionable.
Our tip
If you clean the surface with a damp cloth, do the same with the bottom. This avoids warping of the wood.
