Please note when ordering solid wood tops:
The wood may have cracks and knotholes, filled in black. Especially at low humidity these cracks can widen or new ones can appear,
which is a characteristic of the natural material. Changes can also occur in the glue joints. Therefore, especially during the heating period, ensure a pleasant room climate, air the room more often and, ideally, use an air humidifier use an air humidifier.
Temperatures between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius and 50 - 55 % humidity areideal for the wood.
