In high demand: the Emma vacuum jug from Stelton
Very few people like cold coffee. Emma ensures that the freshly brewed coffee stays nice and hot. Emma is a beautifully designed vacuum jug for coffee. Its linear shape combined with the curved beechwood handle gives the jug designed by HolmbäckNordentoft its very own charm.
Good to know: The Emma series also includes a teapot, a toaster and a bread bin. So everything is from a single design mould.
Material and format
Emma is made of coloured steel. You can choose between black and grey. The handle is made of beech wood. Emma weighs 1,120 grams.
The design vacuum jug is 24.5 cm high and has a diameter of 13 cm. With a capacity of 1.2 litres, Emma is the perfect size for a pot of coffee from standard coffee machines.
The design
Emma is part of the Danish Modern 2.0 collection. Behind the design is the design duo HolmbäckNordentoft and behind them are the designers Sebastian Holmbäck and Ulrik Nordentoft. in 2008, after working as freelance designers for ten years, the two founded their own design studio. They design everything they can get their hands on, from furniture to components.
