Big mouth: the hippo wooden figure by Kay Bojesen. Typical for a hippo, the Kay Bojesen hippo is really greedy and the mouth can be ripped open wide.The trick: you can put a piece of chalk in it, the "teeth" hold it in place.

The Kay Bojesen hippo has another specialty to offer: As the hippo is coated with blackboard paint, you can write on it with chalk. You should not try that with a real hippo though. In order to start writing right away a piece of white chalk is included. To wipe the writing off simply use a soft, damp cloth.
