Strong design: the round TA20 Hiroki table by e15. The table top made of white or black marble provides a really classic look. With an impressive weight of 185 Kilogramm, Hiroki brings the necessary stability.
The advantage of the foot located in the middle: in contrast to dining tables with four legs TA20 Hiroki offers a lot more freedom of movement. Sit down at the table everyone! Six persons can be seated at the designer table.
Marble meets design
Marble isa a classic material and is often used for traditional furniture pieces. Meanwhile many young designer use the natural stone and proof that the days of marble are not counted yet. Thanks to the combination of the signal white cylindric base made of powdercoated steel the table has an almost industrial look.
TA20 Hiroki is made of two parts: a 30 millimeter thick, oiled marble table top - available in Bianco Carrara and Nero Marquina - and a base made of steel. In that way the table is delivered. To prevent scratches on your floor the steel base comes with a protection felt ring.
The designer
The Hiroki dining table was designed by the German architect and product designer Philipp Mainzer in 2012. After his studies he together with a fellow student created the Designlabel e15.
What about the number '15'? The number comes from the postal code of the London district Hackney in which the former design studio was located. Mainzer was awarded with numerous prizes for his designs.
