Fatboy - guarantor for cosy sitting
The foundation stone for Fatboy was laid in 1998 by the Finnish designer Jukka Setäla when he designed a unique beanbag. A name was quickly found, not because of its dimensions, but after the artist Fatboy Slim. The Dutchman Alex Bergmann recognised the potential of the design and acquired the exclusive sales rights in 2003. Since then, Fatboy has continued to develop and so, in addition to the absolute hero of the range, the beanbag, many other products can now be found in the manufacturer's portfolio. All products pursue a common goal - to free the user from his daily routine and to put a big smile on his face.
Material and format
The cosy, square Hotspot cushion consists of a polyester filling and a water- and dirt-repellent cover made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
It is 45 cm long x 45 cm wide, 17.5 cm thick and available in four beautiful, muted colours.
The cushion is operated via the red Fatboy label on the side of the cover. Three heating levels are available, which are indicated via the LEDs on the label. Level 1 (3W) heats the cushion up to 32 °C, level 2 (6W) up to 38 °C and level 3 (9W) up to max. 42 °C. The Hotspot Pillow Quadro can be recharged via the included USB charger.
