About A Lounge Collection
Pure minimalism - the armchairs from the About A Lounge Collection by Hay follow simple and sleek lines so that they can be easily combined with other furnishings. They complement a wide variety of styles perfectly and are therefore also ideal for use in the contract sector. Designer Hee Welling conceived the series with the aim of making the armchairs suitable for use in cafés, offices or at home. Their simple appearance makes them particularly multifunctional and combinable.
Designer Hee Welling
Danish designer Hee Welling attended the University of Art and Design in Helsinki and graduated with a master's degree in furniture design from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. he founded his own studio in Copenhagen in 2003 and has been designing furniture, interiors, lighting and industrial designs ever since. Welling has received various awards, including the BoBedre Design Award (Denmark) and the Good Design Award (USA). His designs have been used in international institutions such as the Oslo Opera House, the Australian Parliament and the Amazon headquarters.
As the son of a carpenter, he has a great fascination for production techniques and materials. It is therefore not surprising that his credo is to develop technically sophisticated products that are nevertheless accessible to the masses.
Material and format
The AAL 82 consists of a wooden base and an upholstered seat in different versions. It is 76 cm wide, 73 cm deep and 81 cm high. The seat height is 36 cm.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
Ich besitze diesen tollen Sessel mit dem Stoff Steel Cut Trio in blautürkis nun seit mehr als 3 Jahren. Er sieht immer noch aus wie neu und ist der Eyecatcher im Wohnzimmer. Dazugekommen ist noch der passende Ottomane, der das Sitzerlebnis komplettiert. Der Sessel ist natürlich nicht günstig, aber sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Meiner Meinung nach ist hier Preis-Leistung top
