To relax and unwind: Leyasol Wingback Swing Seat by Freifrau Manufaktur
The Leyasol Wingback Swing Seat designed by the design duo HoffmannKahleyssDesign is inspired by the style of the successful Leya series. The background was to create a version that can be used indoors as well as outdoors, especially with regard to its appearance. With its cosy cushions, the swing chair invites you to relax outdoors. The cushions of the chair are removable, which makes Leyasol look like a work of art and a metal object at the same time.
The seat can be suspended from a room height of 2.20 m using a two-point suspension or from a room height of 2.50 m using a single-point suspension. It is important to allow sufficient space around the Swing Seat. We recommend a distance of at least 70 cm to the left and right, and at least 100 cm to the front and back. In addition, the ceiling must be sufficiently stable for mounting so that the suspension hook can be firmly anchored.
Material and format
The wire frame is made of powder-coated steel. Furthermore, the chair is available in an indoor and an outdoor version.
To keep products of the outdoor collection in good condition for as long as possible, storage during the wet and cold seasons is recommended. In addition, regular cleaning with mild soap and subsequent drying should be carried out. On average, the furniture should be cleaned every 6 months, although this time is reduced to three months in an aggressive environment such as by the sea, pool or industrial area.
The chair measures 70 cm in width, 90 cm in depth and 81 cm in height. The seat depth is 57 cm. The chair can support a load of up to 110 kg. The height of the Swing Seat can be individually adjusted to the user via the link chains. A seat height of about 30-50 cm is recommended.
