The 6degree stool is weatherproof and optimized for outdoor use. The influence of nature makes them even more charming, depending on the variant chosen, because this way they develop their very own character.
Jan Cray – Furniture from Hamburg
Jan Cray manufactures and distributes his furniture from Hamburg-Altona. Here you will find workshops and design sources where the creative team around Jan Cray develops furniture and kitchens with heart and history. The quarter unites new and old, because the traditional industrial area has managed the change to modernity without leaving behind the old craftsmanship. Jan Cray stands for the responsible use of resources. The furniture is made of high-quality, domestic and recycled wood. What cannot be produced in the Hamburg workshop is taken over by companies rooted in the Hamburg area and its surroundings. Founder and designer Jan Cray is skilled in dealing with metal through his profession. But already since his childhood wood has fascinated him as a material for products, so he combined both passions and Jan Cray created furniture and kitchens.
Material and size
The 6degree outdoor stool is 46 cm high and 36 x 36 cm deep/width. The carrying elements of the stool are extremely robust and available in two versions: hot-dip galvanised steel or powder-coated stainless steel. Hot-dip galvanised, the outdoor stool has a rough surface with a matt grey patina, while powder-coated, it is not affected by the weather. There are 10 different colours to choose from:
- Sulphur yellow
- spin green
- light grey
- dark grey
- Black
- White
- red orange
- light blue

For the surface you have the choice between two types of wood with or without impregnation. If oiled, the honey colour of the wood remains, untreated a silvery-grey patina will appear more quickly. The boards are not glued, but made of solid wood lamellas, so you can work and the water can run off.
