So soft: Liz Soft Upholstered Chair Walter Koll
Designer Claudio Bellini has reduced Liz to its most beautiful form - the silhouette of the chair is characterised by swinging lines, which are accentuated by colourful, narrowly stitched folds, the so-called piping. But the true values of the design chair lie in its interior, because underneath the cover stretches an elastic fabric that was developed for aviation and gives the chair maximum comfort. This makes Liz just as innovative as Walter Knoll's Antimott chair from the 1930s once was.
The soft upholstery version is characterised by its particularly soft padding. So you sit at the same time light, as relaxed and very comfortable.
Designer Claudio Bellini
New technologies and the research processes of form finding characterise the designs of the designer Claudio Bellini. He was born in Milan in 1963 and studied architecture and industrial design at the Milan Polytechnic. He initially worked with his father Mario Bellini and then founded his own studio in 2006. He has received international recognition for many of his creations, such as the renowned Red Dot Design Award .
