Hee Welling Design
Designer Hee Well ing designed the bar stool with the same name for Hay. The model was an archetypical chair model, which Hee Welling wanted to reduce to the most necessary - strictly according to the motto "form follows function " - and improve in terms of functionality.
The result is a bar stool with steel struts that fits into any ambience. The Hee Bar Stool almost looks like an artistic three-dimensional pencil drawing.
Manufacturing
Hay has the designer bar stool Hee Bar Stool made of galvanised and powder-coated steel, therefore it is also suitable for outdoor use.
By the way, there is a good reason that the Hee Bar Stool consists of only one material: Hay wanted to avoid unnecessary and environmentally harmful transport routes and simplify the recyclability.
By the way, the thickness of the steel struts was tested very carefully - Hay came to the conclusion that 11 mm thick metal wire offers the best stability without sacrificing the look.
