La Palma - award-winning furniture made in Italy
Founded in 1978 by brothers Dario and Romano Marcato, the Italian family business aims to produce furniture for eternity. In addition to timeless design and the highest quality, La Palma has always focussed on natural raw materials and environmentally friendly and sustainable manufacturing processes. In collaboration with international designers and artists, La Palma primarily produces chairs, bar stools, tables and coffee tables, many of which have already won multiple awards and have now achieved cult status.
Material and format
The choice of material for the Wing Tip not only emphasises its aesthetic sophistication, but also La Palma's commitment to sustainability. The fire-retardant upholstery is made of polyurethane foam with a rigid polyurethane foam insert, wrapped in high-quality fabric, faux leather or soft leather. The entire design is not only stylish, but also environmentally friendly - from the shell made from a single recyclable material to the adhesive-free upholstery.
The dimensions of the Wing Tip armchair are just as well thought out as its design. With a width of 90 cm, a depth of 85 cm and a height of 100 cm, it offers generous space for cosiness. The seat height of 43 cm ensures comfortable positioning. The four-star, swivel frame made of powder-coated aluminium gives the armchair stability and flexibility. For added comfort, the Wing Tip is also available with a rocking mechanism.
