Design classics can only look good? Not at all! Boby B33 by B-Line is the best proof that they can also be extremely functional. And this functionality makes it a jack-of-all-trades. Boby B33 is equally suitable for the kitchen, for the bathroom, study. Even in the workshop, B33 accommodates all the things you need at the moment.
The design
You can see that the mobile pedestal is a child of the seventies (Boby was designed in 1970). The basic material is plastic and the designers at that time elevated plastic to the new trend material for furniture. The Boby mobile pedestal was designed by a design legend : Joe Colombo. Boby won an award immediately after its appearance, the SMAU Award. Furthermore, Boby is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Triennale Design Museum in Milan.
Material and format
As already mentioned, the Boby mobile pedestals by B-Line are made of plastic, more precisely of injection-moulded ABS plastic. The frame made of ABS plastic consists of modules with pull-out compartments and shelves. Rods, screws and pins are made of galvanised steel. There are five castors underneath the trolley.
Boby B33 Trolley is 43 cm wide, 73.5 cm high and 42 cm deep. Boby by Joe Colombo weighs 12.85 kilograms.
