The small design pan Tegamino by Alessi tells a very special story. It was created by designer Alessandro Mendini, who claims to be a lousy chef.
Even with fried eggs he had one or two mishaps. Therefore, Mendini has designed the Tegamino pot with lid, whose silhouette with handles resembles an open egg. Therefore, the pot is of course predestined for use as an egg pan, but of course it can also be used to prepare other dishes.
By the way: with Tegamino one is not only allowed but invited to eat straight from the pot.
