A versatile design classic: this is the Wire Cube shelf designed by Verner Panton and produced by Montana.
Spacesaver
Designed by Verner Panton many decades ago, the Danish manufacturer Montana is now licensed to produce the artless yet thought-out Wire Cube shelf.
In fact, it is a modular shelf with many applications. Here you can order a Wire cube element with the dimensions of 35.4 x 20 cm online, but have the opportunity to create larger shelves or even room divider by buying multiple items.
For this purpose Montana already provides four clips for one shelf to assemble it with other shelves, two of them for horizontal and two pieces for vertical assembly. The sturdy wire shelves are made of 5 mm thick chromed or painted steel and is loadable up to 40 kg when standing.
However, you also have the option to order fittings for hanging online. In this case, for static reasons, a load of 10 kg per shelf should not be exceeded.
Versatile desigin classic
But not only as a shelf, but also as a side table or bedside table, the Wire Cube is perfect. To use it as a table, it is possible to order a table top online, optionally suitable for a single or two combined Wire cubes. Here you have the choice between coloured finishes, smoked glass and fine marble.
