All-rounder: Thanks to the spoon shape, the Vabene Pasta Tester is suitable for noodles, legumes, vegetables and even boiled eggs, according to Alessi. The long handle prevents you from getting your fingers burned when immersed, the ornate cutouts make it easier to grasp "long" noodles, as they get caught and stuck. And now it's time to try. Vabene is made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel.
Design

Miriam Mirri was born in Bolgona and now lives in the fashion metropolis Milan. In 2006 she was awarded the Fritz Henkel Award for Innovation. We are sure that more will follow - possibly even for the Vabene Pasta tester.
