Everything in balance: Ixa Plug wall light from Artemide
The Ixa light collection impresses with its balanced design and beautiful design language. The designs for the series were inspired by the dynamic sculptures of the American sculptor Alexander Calder. Refined craftsmanship has resulted in an elegant geometric balance. The table, floor and wall lamps with spherical lamp heads, which are combined with slender rods and counterweights, can be rotated to create any desired direction of light. The LED module built into the timelessly beautiful Ixa luminaires produces a clear and direct light.

An international studio for architecture, engineering and design, the studio is led by founder and chairman Norman Foster and a Partnership Board. Established in 1967, the design studio is characterised by an integrated design approach that brings together the depth of resources required to realise complex projects.
