Classic and modern at the same time: JFK office desk with standard legs by NORR11
The JFK desk is a tribute to a classic Danish design that was given to the American President John F. Kennedy. With its simple and plain design, the desk is perfect for your own home office. Not only for practical but also for aesthetic reasons, there is space integrated into the tabletop for a power bank that supplies power to the laptop, table lamp or smartphone. The cable of the power bank can be routed through a small hole in the legs, creating an elegant desk without a tangle of cables on the floor. The model is also available with hydraulic legs and can be adjusted in height to your liking.
Design team Hansen + Hyldahl
Designer Tommy Hyldahl is the founder of NORR11. He is responsible for the creative DNA of the manufacturer and so his interest in the materials and production processes shows in every single product of NORR11. Since 2015, he has been working together with Kristian Sofus Hansen, who graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. The two designers are united by their passion for Japanese simplicity and Scandinavian tradition, which they combine in their designs to create timeless furniture.
Material and format
The height-adjustable desk has a thin tabletop made of ash veneer with three built-in drawers. The table top is made of FSC-certified ash and is lacquered with clear water-based lacquer. The table legs are made of aluminium and are powder-coated matt black. The table is manufactured in Europe, Slovenia.
The table measures 155 cm in width, 89 cm in depth and 79- 129 cm in height. The weight is approx. 60 kg.
