With the Mathilda table, designer Patricia Urquiola has brought light solid wood into light, geometric shapes. The angular supporting pillars give the table the necessary stability and form a delicate contrast to the rounded tabletop. For shared dinners with the family, even in smaller niches - Mathilda round offers the necessary space! The collection includes three versions in different sizes and shapes. Design by Patricia Urquiola 

The Spanish-born designer lives and works in Milan today, where she graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic in 1989. Afterwards, she worked as an assistant to Achille Castiglioni and was an employee of the De Padova studio, where she developed furniture together with Vico Magistretti. In 2001, Urquiola opened her own studio for product design, interior design and architecture. Her furniture designs are characterised by material diversity and colourful designs and adorn the product portfolio of renowned manufacturers, including Alessi, Driade, Flos, Gan, Kartell, Rosenthal and Verywood.

Moroso was founded as early as 1952 and since then has stood for high quality, unbridled ingenuity and colourful design furniture. The focus is on unique, unusual design, environmentally friendly production and the use of natural, recyclable materials wherever possible. Material and format 

Mathilda in the round version has a diameter of 126 cm and is 73 cm high. The tabletop is made of MDF, veneered in oak or ash. The frame is made of solid oak and has polypropylene foot glides with replaceable felt.
