Tanaman - deceptively real artificial plants
Tanaman was founded in 2017 by the brothers Teddy & Benjamin, who had discovered numerous special and appealing plants during their travels. Back in France, they tried out their ideas in their studio in Lille, which were finally turned into reality: Tanaman stands for natural-looking plants made of plastic that can create an illusion of nature in any room. In this way, they enrich homes and workplaces all over the world.
Material and format
The artificial plant is made of recycled polyethylene, tergal and a pot of raw brown ficonstone. Ficonstone is a balanced mix of glass fibres, cement, sand and crushed stone. It is very robust, but relatively light. The plant has a diameter of 42 cm and is 80 cm high.
