One of Seletti 's most original Monkey Lamp designs is without doubt the Monkey Hanging Lamp wall light from the iconic Black Edition. Here you canorder the black outdoor version without a switch on the cable online (lights up automatically when the cable is connected to the mains).

Black Monkey instead of Black Panther

While the Monkey Lamps designed by Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba have always been white, the new Black Edition now provides a skilful contrast. As with the white versions, every last detail of the Black Edition Monkey Hanging Lamp has been lovingly crafted. From the fur structure to the finger and toe design and the moulding of the facial features.

Seletti has chosen synthetic resin as the material, which is particularly easy to mould.

Let there be light

Of course, the Monkey Hanging Lamp from Seletti's Black Edition is far more than just an iconic design object. The monkey figure is holding a light source, a 4W LED bulb to be precise, which sits on an E14 base and can of course be replaced.

The wall-mounted light monkey makes an African-style living room even more exotic and cosy. We recommend a colourful, patterned jungle-style wallpaper, against which the Monkey Hanging Lamp is particularly effective.
