The Noon luminaire series follows a strictly constructed motif - the geometric abstraction of branch formations in nature.
Form and material create an excellent interplay of contrasts, with the matt powder-coated iron appearing soft and warm and the textile lampshades adding a soft light.

Designer El Schmid
In thirty-five years of creative work, the style of designer El Schmid has developed from an experimental avant-garde design to luxurious masterpieces of the eighties to a successful series production of design furniture with an independent character . All ideas, designs, product developments and series production are created under one roof in El Schmid's master workshop.
Zeitraum - designer furniture from the foothills of the Bavarian Alps
Life in the Alpine region is characterised by the conscious use of limited resources. This fact gives rise to a sense of responsibility and sustainability, to which the manufacturer Zeitraum is committed. The respectful treatment of the natural habitat and the timeless designs made from durable materials are the result. Since its foundation in 1990, the German manufacturer has pursued the idea of combining design and ecology and therefore only uses hardwoods from sustainable forestry and does not treat the wood with chemicals .
Material and format
The frame of the luminaire is made of powder-coated, matt black iron. The luminaire has twelve lampshades, each with a diameter of 42 cm and a height of 22 cm. These can be selected in the variants white and warm grey. Noon 12 is a total of 172 cm high and has a diameter of 118 cm.
The ceiling light is suitable for ceiling heights between 240 and 270 cm.
