Ole Wanscher, the creative mind behind this extraordinary table, contributed significantly to the development of modern Danish design. After his studies at Kaare Klint, he left a lasting impression as a designer and teacher. His classic and modern designs have made him an icon of furniture design. As the Danish newspaper Politiken aptly noted in 1958, "Owning a chair by Wanscher is an adventure every day, and so it will be in a few hundred years, because that's how long it lasts."
Material and format
The table impresses with its fascinating elliptical shape and has been made of FSC-certified oak veneer. This table measures 58 cm in depth, 145 cm in width and 72 cm in height and is ready to enrich your living space.
An outstanding feature of the OW224 table is its extension function, which allows you to flexibly adjust the table size to the number of your guests. The extension leaves are available separately on request, so you can customise the table to suit your needs.
