Atmospheric: Pao - Portable table lamp from Hay
The Pao lamp, which the Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa modelled entirely on the traditional Mongolian Pao tents, impresses with its simple aesthetics. Made from hard-wearing polycarbonate, the luminaire with its smooth, high-gloss surface creates a warm, cosy atmosphere. Thanks to the opal polycarbonate diffuser that surrounds the light source inside the shade, an efficient, diffuse downlight is created. In its compact, battery-operated version, you can now take it flexibly into any room and also outdoors. The Pao luminaire is available in four different colours.
