For outdoors: PH 3 - 2 1/2 Wall outdoor wall lamp by Louis Poulsen
Already in 1925/26, the famous designer Poul Henningsen designed a three-part lamp shade that was to become famous. As with all designs, Poul Henningsen's main concern was to create lamps with glare-free light, so that they cast soft shadows and the light cone is perfectly aligned.
The model PH 3/2½ bollard lamp, however, consists of an upper segment with a diameter of 30 cm and two smaller ones below, which originate from the model 2½. The PH 3/2½ bollard lamp was introduced in 2005.
Louis Poulsen - Lighting Design from Denmark
The Danish luminaire manufacturer was founded as early as 1874 and has been producing products dedicated to the duality of design and light ever since. The luminaires are designed for various purposes and are therefore particularly functional.
