Glare-free: PH 5 pendant luminaire Louis Poulsen
As early as 1925/26, the famous designer Poul Henningsen designed a three-piece lampshade that was to make it famous. As with all his designs, Poul Henningsen's main concern was to create luminaires with glare-free light, so that they cast soft shadows and the light cone is perfectly aligned.
The PH 5 pendant luminaire is part of a series of 30 models with a three-part shade, three of which are outdoor luminaires.
Louis Poulsen - lighting design from Denmark
The Danish luminaire manufacturer was founded in 1874 and has since then been producing products that are dedicated to the duality of design and light.
