Already in 1925/26, the famous designer Poul Henningsen designed a three-part lamp shade that was to become famous. As with all designs, Poul Henningsen's main concern was to create lamps with glare-free light, so that they cast soft shadows and the light cone is perfectly aligned.
The model PH Outdoor Wall belongs to the series of 30 models with three-part shade, three of which are outdoor lamps.
