Seagull Mobile small Kay Bojesen

Loves to be moved: the little seagull Mobile by Kay Bojesen. One likes to watch a mobile as it gives way to its natural urge to move. A puff of air is enough - if necessary, you can also help a little with your hand -  and the little seagull swings up and down.

The designer Kay Bojesen designed numerous wooden animals. However, the seagull is something very special: it was originally limited to 23 pieces and was specially designed for an exhibition in 1954. Luckily, the wooden gulls are now proving their flying skills in our online shop - both as a small version and in medium size.

Material and size

The seagull mobile by Kay Bojesen is made of lacquered beech. The little seagull is extremely easy to maintain. To clean the wood bird, you just need to dip it in water, and a dry cloth is enough. The wooden gull is 3.7 cm high, 21.2 cm wide and 18.2 cm deep. As already mentioned, the design dates back to 1954.
