Fixed seat: Silla metal chair with armrest by Sancal

There is a story behind Sancal's Silla metal chair: designer Isaac Piñeiro suggested designing a chair for every decade to celebrate Sancal's 40th anniversary - to make them look good together, the chairs should have a similar structure and so the Silla collection was born.

Isaac Piñeiro - the designer

Isaac Piñeiro is part of the design studio NADADORA, which he founded together with Cristina Alonso 10 years ago. His style is honest, straightforward and obvious. With Sancal, however, he has had a friendship for years, from which the Elephant bench, the Silla chair and many other design furniture emerged.
