Timeless favourite: Sticks coat rack from Schönbuch
Made from six interlocking solid wood rods with an angular cross-section, the Sticks coat rack is a special eye-catcher. Even without clothes, the sculptural structure can be seen and looks like an art installation in the room. The upper end of the rods has notches that serve as additional hanging options.
Schönbuch traditionally has this coat rack made in the workshops of the Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk in the Maria Bildhausen monastery, thereby supporting people with disabilities.
Designer Michael Schwebius
Michael Schwebius' creative goal is to develop designs that are sensible, aesthetic and functional. He initially trained as a carpenter before going on to study interior design in Flensburg. Since then he has worked as a designer in the furniture industry. He became self-employed in 1987and, in addition to product design, also works in a design office on international trade fair design, corporate design and interior design.

The Sticks coat rack is made of solid wood. It is available in various finishes and measures 67 cm in width, 51 cm in depth and 166 cm in height.
