Design and function are the key words of the ultimate museum stool Stockholm II. Hans Ehrich from A&E Design AB has deliberately kept the design simple - and that is exactly what makes the folding stool so popular. In its simplicity, it is enormously functional and versatile.
The original design was made for the National Museum in Stockholm. They were looking for a mobile seat for visitors that was robust and light at the same time. The Stockholm II stool fulfils all these requirements: it is foldable, weighs only 1.7 kg and withstands a load of up to 110 kg.
