Like a rolling: Stone of Glass outdoor floor light from Oluce
Stones that shine - the Stone of Glass lights from Oluce can be placed on the floor or on furniture. The outdoor lights are made of mouth-blown Murano glass. They are intended as a symbol of the oriental world and their shape is modelled on natural stones.
Design duo Marta Laudani & Marco Romanelli
Marta Laudani and Marco Romanellihave been working together in Rome and Milansince 1988. Their areas of expertise include design and interior decoration, as well as architecture and exhibition design. in 2001, they took on the restoration of the "Museum of Roman Civilisation" in Rome for Fiat Engineering. Both are also active in meditation on the themes of living and design. Laudani lectures at the Sapienza in Rome and Romanelli was editor of Domus and Abitare.
Oluce - Italian lighting design
The Italian company Oluce was founded in 1945 and is the oldest Italian design company in the lighting industry that is still producing today. Many of the lights have become icons that have remained in fashion for generations. Their design quality makes them real perennial favourites.
Material and format
The Stones lights are made of opalopaque Murano glass. They produce a diffuse light.
