Designed by Sir Kenneth Grange for Anglepoise in 2004, the British manufacturer has launched a special edition of the popular lamp ten years later in collaboration with fashion designer Paul Smith - the Anglepoise Type 75TM Paul Smith Edition 2.
Colourful design
With the frame painted in different colours, the classic desk lamp is given a touch of unexpected modernity.
In contrast to the special edition 1, which is designed in pastel shades, Edition 2 is painted in more muted colours. Paul Smith therefore also refers to the Type 75TM Edition 2 lamp as the "winter version".
With its rich, gemstone-like colouring, the Type 75TM Edition 2 table lamp brings a cheerful flair to the desk without losing any of its classic appeal. Naturally, the famous designer did not miss the opportunity to add his signature to the base of the special edition.
