Type 75 is the name of the table lamp designed by Sir Kenneth Grange for Anglepoise, which has been a success for many decades. To mark the 100th anniversary of the De Stijl artists' group, Anglepoise has now launched a new colour variant called Type 75TM Edition 3 in collaboration with Paul Smith.
Type 75 at the desk
Type 75 is a classic desk lamp that is very popular thanks to its flexible arm and swivelling lampshade.

Extravagant colour composition
While the Type 75TM lampshade is painted white, the frame shines in bright shades of red, blue and yellow. Designer Paul Smith thus pays tribute to the De Stijl group of artists. This group was significantly influenced by the painter Piet Mondrian, who painted exclusively with primary colours. In honour of the renowned painter, colour designer Paul Smith also used shades from the primary spectrum for the Type 75TM table lamp.
