We are very proud of the close and good co-operation with our manufacturers. One of the shining examples is our long-standing partnership with Vitra.
Even at a young age, our company founder Jochen Bähr harboured the desire to sell the special Vitra furniture after he was able to accompany his father, then working as an architect, to the Vitra campus. And this wish has been fulfilled.
In 2005, we became the very first online retailer for the German-based design furniture manufacturer based in Weil am Rhein, which is known for iconic designs such as the Eames Lounge Chair and Akari lamps.

Our building - sustainable and timeless
We have attached great importance to ensuring that our love of high-quality, timeless furniture design is also reflected in our company building and furniture showroom. Over the years, an extensive building complex with storage, office and exhibition space has been created that fulfils precisely this requirement.
Modern yet timeless in design, focussed on durability and sustainability - our building has already been awarded the Antonio Petrini Architecture Prize for precisely this.
Energy-saving heating, a solar system and the digitalisation of almost all internal processes are just a few examples of how we transfer the concept of sustainability, which also guides us in the selection of our manufacturers and products, into our working environment.
With a new outdoor exhibition since 2022
Our sustainably designed and award-winning company building based in Würzburg is not only home to the workplaces of our employees, but also to our 1000 square metre design furniture exhibition.
In spring 2022, we opened our new outdoor exhibition on the roof of our new building. Now, in addition to our classic home furniture exhibition, you can also discover lots of exciting outdoor design furniture on site.
Working for you: our in-house assembly team
At einrichten design, we offer you the option of premium shipping. Our own team of fitters will plan the furniture tours especially for you, deliver "free to point of use" and, if you wish, assemble your design furniture directly for you.

At einrichten design, professionals are at work for you. Also when packing and (worldwide) shipping our high-quality designer furniture and accessories. By using special tools and materials , we not only minimise transport damage and ensure that the goods are received safely. Packaging waste is also significantly reduced.
Another valuable team member: our Next Level chair machine. Thanks to it, we can not only pack swivel and designer chairs quickly and safely for transport. Thanks to the reduced use of packaging material, the machine is also impressive in terms of sustainability.
