Aiming high: Unic LED floor lamp Steve Lechot Luminaires
Unic is almost 1.90 metres tall, making it almost impossible to overlook the designer lamp. It would be a shame. In terms of appearance, the Unic luminaire impresses with its straightforward, minimalist design. Two slender struts sit on a rectangular base. The narrow shade is "clamped" between the two struts. So much industrial-looking extravagance was rewarded with the German Design Award in 2019.
You can order the designer lamp online in various colours: white, black, bronze and yellow.
Bright joy
The Unic designer lamps score points with double indirect lighting: wall lighting (67 watts) and ceiling lighting (37 watts). There are two optical lenses on the back, which distribute the light beam perfectly in the room. You can use the functional luminaire as a reading light, mood light or main light - both at home and in the office. Simply press the foot switch to switch it on and off. This is located on the connection cable. Thanks to the two microswitches, you can switch the two light sources on and off separately.
Material and format
Unic by Steve Lechot is made of aluminium, PMMA and polycarbonate. The materials used are all of high quality. The workmanship also leaves nothing to be desired, which is also due to the fact that Unic is manufactured in Switzerland. The manufacturer Steve Lechot offers a 36-month guarantee.
As already mentioned, the designer lamps are 186 cm high. The base is 26.9 cm wide and 21.6 cm deep, the shade is 19.4 cm wide. The transparent cable is 380 cm long.
