Antonio Citterio - Designer
Antonio Citterio opened his own design studio at the age of 22 and worked with Terry Dawn on buildings in Europe and Japan from 1987 to 1996. Together with Patricia Viel, he founded an interdisciplinary studio for architecture, interior design and graphic design in 2000. In addition to Vitra, he works with many other well-known companies in the design furniture industry, such as B&B Italian Flos, Kartell and Technogym.
Material and size
The frame and armrests of the chair are made of monochrome polypropylene. The back and seat upholstery are covered with fabric. The four-star base frame is made of polished die-cast aluminium. It can be turned and adjusted in height.
