Designer Mika Tolvanen
The renowned Finnish designer Mika Tolvanen graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2001 and opened his own studio directly afterwards. Since then, he designs products for living and object areas and produces prototypes himself in his workshop on the island Lauttasaari outside of Helsinki, Finland.
Material and format
The design chair consists of a shell of lacquered ash or oak veneer and a base of powder-coated steel. It is 53 cm wide, 52.5 cm deep and 77.5 cm high. The seat height is 44 cm.
