Worldly: Winston Daybed Mater
Where did the couch get its name? Well, from none other than Winston Churchill! And undoubtedly, he would have been delighted at the sight of his name relative: The daybed comes with classic oak wood and a traditional cane weave. By the way, weaving is done in Denmark, more precisely by a weaving mill in which this craft has a long tradition.
Despite all the classics, the Winston lounger by Mater is anything but old-fashioned. The minimalist design guarantees a modern look. While we're on the subject: The design is by Eva Harlou.
Versatile use
Just as Winston Churchill was a man of the world, the Winston Daybed is also a real cosmopolitan. You can use the design couch in many ways: from the corridor bench to the guest bed to the afternoon Powernap.
Material and size
The Winston frame is made of FSC-certified oak, the lying surface is made of wickerwork. The latter is a material that regrows quickly and therefore has a good environmental balance. The Mater Design Daybed is 195 cm wide, 80 cm deep and 36 cm high.
Please note that you only receive the daybed without cushions. However, you can also order it in our shop.
